Clarissa Reichblum, 13, receives a hug Thursday from Linda Dean-Farrar, executive director of the Sunrise Family Resource Center in Bennington. Reichblum was recognized at Sunrise's 40th annual meeting for her "substantial contribution to childhood literacy." In addition to volunteering her time, Reichblum helped create a lending library of 700 books and named Sunrise a recipient of bat mitzvah gifts.
